Cassidy Jackson Obituary

COOKEVILLE CHAPEL - Cassidy Chalee Madison Jackson, born on April 18, 2001, in White County, TN, tragically departed this world on Friday April 11, 2025. At the tender age of 23, Cassidy was a vibrant spirit filled with joy and love for those around her. Having graduated from Upperman High School in 2019, she embarked on a career at the Holiday Inn in Cookeville, where her cheerful nature surely brought smiles to guests and colleagues alike.

Cassidy was known for her happy demeanor and her deep affection for her family and friends. She cherished her role as a loving dog owner to her beloved companion, Toby, whom she had cared for since she was just seven years old. Her warmth and enthusiasm for life left an indelible mark on everyone who had the privilege to know her.

Cassidy is survived by her devoted parents, Dennis and Rhonda Jackson, as well as her step-sister, Shannon Jackson. She will forever be remembered by her grandparents, Bailey and Willene Goolsby, and her uncle, Jeff Goolsby. Cassidy also leaves behind the memory of her sister, Tara Renee Hunter, who has preceded her in death.

A funeral service to honor Cassidy will take place on Thursday April 17 at 1 p.m. in the Cookeville Chapel of Hooper Huddleston and Horner Funeral Home. Bro. Matthew Stafford will officiate. Visitation for friends and family will be from 10 a.m. until 1 p.m. Cassidy will be laid to rest at the Sam Flatt Cemetery.

Donations may be sent to the funeral home to help the family with funeral expenses.

Cassidy Jackson will be remembered for her infectious happiness and the profound love she held for her family, friends, and cherished pet. She may have left this world too soon, but her spirit will continue to resonate in the hearts of those who loved her dearly.
