Cassie Marie Thiede

Cassie Marie (Miller) Thiede – age 57 of Hays, Kansas passed away on Wednesday, November 16, 2022.
She was born on September 25, 1965, in Stanton, Virginia. She married John Frederick William Thiede IV on April 8, 1989, in Burlington, Colorado. He preceded her in death on July 27, 2021.
She was a Home Care Giver, a homemaker, and was a cook for the activities at the First Presbyterian Church in Hays for a number of years. Cassie was raised and attended school in Virginia, and lived in Burlington, Colorado until moving to Hays in 2001. She enjoyed dogs, horses, cattle, other animals, and loved spending time with her family.
Survivors include her children, John Frederick William Thiede V and his fiancée, Kalesha
Ellis, Victoria, KS; Cody Thiede and wife, Anna, Victoria, KS; Tiffanie Rohr and husband, Nathan, Hays, KS; her grandchildren, Delilah Rose Thiede; Lauraine Evans Thiede, and Scarlett Mae Thiede. She was preceded in death by her parents, and her husband.
Funeral Services will be at 10:00 A.M. Monday, November 21, 2022, at the First Presbyterian Church, 29th and Hall, Hays, Kansas with the Rev. Christine Wagner. Burial will be in Our Lady of Help Christian Cemetery, Antonino, Kansas.
Visitation will be from 6:00 to 8:00 P.M. Sunday, at Cline's-Keithley Mortuary of Hays, 1919 East 22nd Street, Hays, Kansas 67671 and from 9:00 to 10:00 A.M. Monday, at the First Presbyterian Church,
In Lieu of flowers the family suggests memorials to the Thiede Family made payable to; Cody Thiede in care of the mortuary.
