Catherine Baumer Obituary

Obituary published on Legacy.com by Arlington Mortuary on Mar. 13, 2026.
Catherine Diane Baumer, beloved mother and grandmother, passed away peacefully on

March 10, 2026, at the age of 65.

She was born on October 27, 1960, in Riverside, California. Catherine was known for her

remarkable intelligence, gentle spirit, and deep kindness toward others. She had a strong love

for the medical field and worked as a nurse, bringing care and compassion to those she

helped. Many who knew her believed she possessed the brilliance and insight to have easily

become a doctor, as she had an extraordinary mind and a deep curiosity about medicine and

helping others.

Above all, Catherine was a woman of profound faith. She loved reading the Bible and found

strength, comfort, and guidance in her relationship with God. Her faith shaped the way she

lived her life - with kindness, generosity, and compassion for those around her.

She is survived by her loving daughter, Jennifer, and her two cherished grandchildren, Collin

and Grant, who brought immense joy to her life and whom she loved deeply.

She was preceded in death by her mother, Charlotte, and her father, Bill Norris.

Catherine will be remembered for her intelligence, her kindness, and the quiet strength of her

faith. Her love will continue to live on in the hearts of her family and all who knew her.

Catherine's greatest pride was her family. She was deeply loved by her daughter Jennifer,

who will forever carry her mother's love, strength, and faith in her heart. Her grandchildren,

Collin and Grant, brought her tremendous joy and were a constant light in her life.

Though she will be greatly missed, her family finds comfort in knowing she is now at peace

and in the presence of the God she loved so deeply.

"Well done, good and faithful servant… Enter into the joy of your Lord." - Matthew 25:23

Those we love never truly leave us. They live on in the kindness they shared, the love they

gave, and the memories we carry in our hearts forever
