Catherine Denice Carnegie affectionately known as Dolly was born on September 07, 1969 to the late Elaine Jones and the late Elmo Hawkins in Morristown, NJ. She departed this life on March 18, 2026 in Chapel Hill, NC.
Dolly received her formal education at Morristown High School and later graduated from Dover Business College. In her spare time, she enjoyed spending time with her family and friends.
She leaves to cherish her memories her husband of 38 years Glenville Carnegie of the home, three sons Jonathan of Las Vegas, NV, Jamal and Rashad both of Rocky Mount, NC, one Grandson Ameer of Charlotte, NC, two brothers Elton Hawkins and his wife Jeanette of Fallston, MD, and Erskine Hawkins and his wife Ethel of Dover, NJ three nieces, Hope, Gwen and Raquel and a host of cousins, other family members and friends.
