Catherine J. Eidel
(nee Hirt) Entered into Eternal Life on Friday, December 12, 2025 at the age of 72. Wife of the late Tom. Beloved sister of Hildred (Ed) Tornberg, Harlan (Judy) Hirt and Anna (Patti) Hirt. Further survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. Preceded in death by her parents Rita and Harry Hirt and her brother Harry (the late Donna) Hirt.
Catherine was a graduate of Marquette University. She spent most of her life living in Alaska where she worked as a Statistician for the University of Alaska. There she met her husband Tom. She enjoyed the beauty of nature and going on archeological digs with him. She found great joy in her hobbies of knitting, crocheting and needle point.
Visitation at St. Luke's Catholic Church, 18000 W. Greenfield Ave., Brookfield, on Tuesday, January 13 from 10 - 10:45 AM. Mass of Christian Burial at 11 AM.
In lieu of flowers, memorials to The Muscular Dystrophy Association appreciated.
