Catherine Marier Obituary
Monson-Catherine (Bradley) Marier, 83, passed away June 7, 2023. Born in Detroit, MI, she was the daughter of Thomas and Edna (Gordon) Bradley. Growing up in Washington and Michigan, Catherine has lived in this area since 1961 before recently relocating to South Carolina in September of 2022. Catherine was very fond of animals, especially her cats, Oliver and most recently Kuna. She loved going for rides, frequenting the SC Rodeo, and spending time with her family and friends.
Besides her parents, Catherine was predeceased by her children, Wendy Dion, Florence Marier, Donald Marier, and Russell Marier Jr.; grandchildren, Candida Wright L'Esperence, and Steven Wright; as well as brother, Robert Bradley.
Catherine is survived by her daughter, Rosemarie Swiechowicz, of SC; grandchildren, Jessica Gagnon, Beth Marier, Lori Czech and her husband Jason, Amber Davis, and Rachel Davis; and her great grandsons, Alex Czech and Dustin Wright. She also leaves her dear friends, Buddy, Mel and their daughter, Avery; Jay and Patty; Laura and Vinny; Caity; and Scott Giles. Visitation will be Saturday, July 1 from 10am-11am with a service and memories shared at 11 a.m. Burial will be private.

I just today saw that Catherine had passed. I wish I had seen earlier, I would have attended her service .I worked with Catherine at the group home in Springfield, I was one of the nurses. Catherine was always one of my favorite people she was so kind and we always had a lot of laughs . We kept in touch for awhile over the year's and I´ve thought about her a lot. Sending love and prayers to her family , especially her daughter . Rest In Peace Catherine
