Catherine Lonette Davis Martin, 67, of Natalia passed away Wednesday, Oct. 1, 2025, at Methodist Transplant and Specialty hospital in San Antonio, Texas.

Born March 12, 1958, in Youngstown, OH, she was the daughter of James Author Davis and Anna Lou Parker Davis.

Cathy was above all things a wonderful friend to all. She was filled with adventure and drive in life. She worked in many trades throughout her life. Her spirit was one of a survivor but with the joy and adventure of life!

Catherine could trace her genealogy through her mother's family to Texas frontier settler, Cynthia Ann Parker.

She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Bruce Wayne Martin; daughters, Christy Martin and Monica Lynn Martin Serrano; and her siblings, Larry Warren Hulo Sr., Linda Ann Hulo Martin, Monty Dean Davis, Richard Allen Davis Sr.

Survivors include her sons, Bruce Wayne Martin, Jr. (Darlene), Jason Finucan Martin, Paul Anthony Martin (Erica) and Richard Wayne Martin; 21 grandchildren, six(6) great-grandchildren; brothers, David Michael Davis Sr., James Author Davis II; and sister, Deborah Lynn Barrett Davis.

Visitation will be Saturday, Oct. 11, from 1:00 to 3:00 p.m., pausing for a celebration of her life at 2:00 p.m., at Guinn-Horger Funeral Home Chapel, Hondo.
