Catherine Stofel Obituary
Catherine Mariah Stofel, 50, of Anderson, passed away on Wednesday, January 21, 2026 at Harbour Manor Care Center in Noblesville. She was born on March 22, 1975 to Tim and Shelia (Zion) Summers in Anderson, Indiana.
Cathy loved camping, diamond art, swallow tail butterflies, and the colors purple & pink. She was smart, funny, full of life, loved everyone, and lit up any room she walked into. Cathy loved nature, swimming, bowling, Wii, movies, and chili. Most of all, she loved her family.
She is survived by her father, Tim Summers; sons, Ian (Lacee) Moore, Edward (Emily) Van Dalsen, Damon (Kristin) Van Dalsen, and Gage Daniels; brother, Jeff Summers; and 6 grandchildren.
Cathy was preceded in death by her mother, Shelia Zion Summers; and her husband, James A. Stofel.
Private family services will be held at a later date. Randall & Roberts Funeral Homes has been entrusted with cremation services.
