Cathy Lynn Combs

Cathy Lynn Combs, 68, of Williamstown, passed away Sunday, August 27, 2023, at home. She was born August 14, 1955, in Covington, Kentucky, the daughter of the late Lib Wiley and Wanda Sturgeon. Cathy was a devoted and loved member of Demossville Baptist Church and was known for her love for the Lord and Jesus Christ her Savior through her missionary work, which included sewing blankets, dolls, prayer bears, and dresses for those in need. She is survived by her loving husband, Wilton "Tony" H. Combs Jr.; dog, Cooper; children, Amy (Chad) Burkhart, Andrew Lee (Crystal) Inman, and Amber King; grandchildren, Kori (James), Lyndsey (Wayne), Cayden, DJ, Calysta, and Calix; great-grandchildren, Scarlett Rose and Hendrix; siblings, Rhonda (Tony) Arlinghaus, Jeff (Shelly) Shields, Lori (Mike) Lucas, and Billy "Chip" Sturgeon ; loving cousin and best friend, Kim Huff; and many extended family members and friends. She is preceded in death by her sister, Cindy (Larry) Fields and brother, Joe Hannon. A Visitation will be held on Thursday, August 31, 2023, at Floral Hills Funeral Home from 5:00 PM until the time of the Funeral Service at 7:00 PM.
