Catlain-Marie Harton Pozzi, of Spring, Texas, passed away Sunday, October 12, 2025 at Open Arms Assisted Living Center in Conroe, Texas, following a brief illness at the age of 80. She was born December 14, 1944 at Fort Randolph, Panama Canal Zone, to parents Emmanuel Joseph and Marie Madeleine (Strecker) Pozzi.
She was preceded in death by her parents and her sister Agnes D. Pozzi.
She is survived by her siblings, Joseph W. Pozzi and wife Julia of Albuquerque, New Mexico, Walter S. Pozzi and wife Cathryn of Galt, California, Julia Phiania Hein and husband William of Conroe, Texas, nephews and nieces, Robert Saucedo, Joseph G. Pozzi, Julie Ann Pozzi, Jonathan A. Hein, Catlain-Marie Hein, Nathanael W. Hein, and Emmanuel J. Hein and wife Maria. She is also survived by numerous Grand and Great-Grand nephews and nieces.
She was born in the Panama Canal Zone while her father worked as a civil servant for the United States government in support of the war effort. After the war, the family moved back to the states and eventually settled in Yuma, Arizona. Upon completing high school, Catlain worked in the medical field and competed her training as a Physical Therapy Assistant and applied her craft in Houston, Texas. Her work was her passion and her hobby.
She was a member of the Daughters of the American Revolution.
She was buried in the Caldwell Cemetery in Caldwell, Texas following a private, graveside service.
