Cayla Clark Obituary

Obituary published on Legacy.com by Samaritan Affordable Funeral and Cremation Services - Terre Haute on Dec. 24, 2025.
It is with deep sadness that we announce the passing of Cayla Christine Clark, age 20, who passed away on December 20, 2025. Cayla was born on September 11, 2005, in Terre Haute, Indiana, to Thomas Clark and Audrina Allen.
Cayla was a vibrant young woman with a passion for life. She cherished spending time with the Lord, reading her devotionals, and was a lover of Mexican food, especially from Mario Brothers in Brazil. Cayla found joy in making homemade noodles with her Grandma Joan and would never shy away from a challenge, from hot to sour foods. During Christmas, she loved making lasagna with her Mamaw Sabrina. Her laughter could be heard filling the room during family gatherings, and her joyful, playful spirit was contagious. Cayla was especially fond of spending time with the little ones, always bringing fun and energy wherever she went.
She had a deep love for thrifting, working out, and staying active. An avid cheerleader, Cayla spent many hours outdoors, whether riding her four-wheeler, swimming, or simply enjoying nature. Her connection with animals, especially her beloved cats and dogs, was profound, and they brought her much happiness.
Those who knew Cayla will always remember her radiant smile and infectious laughter that could light up any room. She had a kind heart and was always ready to lend a helping hand to anyone in need. Cayla's presence was one-of-a-kind, and she touched the lives of everyone she encountered.
Cayla is survived by her mother Audrina Allen, her father Thomas Clark (Melanie), stepsiblings Gunner Allen, Kaesen Myers, Laiken Myers, and Cheyenne Myers; grandparents Joan Clark, Doug and Sabrina Johnson, and Bridget Eaglin; great-grandmother Raelene Montgomery, and several aunts, uncles, and cousins.
She was preceded in death by her grandparents Joe Clark and Jeff Eaglin, and great-grandfather Bud Montgomery.
A visitation will be held on Monday, December 29, 2025, from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at Samaritan Funeral Home, with a funeral service beginning at 7:00 PM. Online condolences can be made at www.samaritanfunerals.com.
