My sincere condolences to the Ponce family!Cecelia is my first cousin on my Mother´s side. Cecelia´s Father and my Mother, Rita (Hoover)Kinney´s were brother and sister.
One of my fondest memories of Cecelia was when she was singing a cute little song to her infant Son, Reyes!Cecelia was a loving person and alway´s smiling and laughing.May she Rest in Peace!!
