Cecelia Rita Ralston

Cecelia Rita Ralston, age 44, Wife of John William Ralston Jr. of Telford, Pennsylvania, passed away Sunday, October 8, 2023. Born in Philadelphia, she was the Daughter of Cecelia (nee Skala) and Harry Cusick.
Cecelia was a graduate of St Pius X in Pottstown and Anna Marie College in Massachusetts. A hard working woman who seldom took a day off. She started her work at a local Pharmacy store Gary's, then she taught for 20 years as a music teacher for the Archdiocese of Philadelphia and the Archdiocese of Allentown working with several parishes, currently at Holy Cross Regional Catholic School in Collegeville, and cantor at Sacred Heart. In the summers she would work as a camp counselor at the Spring Valley YMCA. Cecelia could always light up the room with her cart full of musical instruments. In her spare time, she loved to work as a Radio Producer and on-air talent at WNPV and WXPM.
Cecelia is survived by her Husband John William Ralston Jr., her Mother Cecelia (Skala) Cusick, her brother Harry James (Theresa) Cusick. Her Step-Son Jeremy Ralston and his wife Danielle, Step-Grandchildren Thea and Jack Ralston, Nieces Rachael, Claire and Nephew Dominic Cusick, Two Godchildren and many Aunts, Uncles, and Cousins. The family would also like to recognize her first husband Willie Harris who died in 2014. She was also preceded in death by her father Harry Cusick.
Relatives and friends will be received Friday October 20, from 10:00 AM - 11:45 AM with 12 PM Mass at St. Eleanor Catholic Church 647 Locust St, Collegeville, PA 19426. Burial to follow at St. Ann Cemetery Phoenixville, Pennsylvania. In lieu of flowers Memorial contributions may be made to the Music Scholarship in her name to Holy Cross Regional Catholic School 701 Locust St. Collegeville PA 19426.
