Preceded in death by husband, John "Jack" Zuerlein; daughters, Debra & Therese Zuerlein; great- granddaughter, Peytyn Charvat; sons-in-law, Jamie Leavitt & Thomas J O'Neill III. Survived by daughters, Rose Leavitt, Jacquie O'Neill, Joni (Rob) Hickman, Katie (Pat) Galloway and son, John (Jeff Hinchee) Zuerlein. 13 grandchildren. 25 great-grandchildren. Brothers, Jerry (Martha) & Bob (Betty) Weiss.
VISITATION: Monday, Nov. 18th from 5 to 7 p.m. at St. Bernard Catholic Church, followed by VIGIL SERVICE at 7 p.m. MASS OF CHRISTIAN BURIAL: Tuesday, November 19 at 10:30 a.m. at St. Bernard Catholic Church, 3601 N 65th St. INTERMENT: Calvary Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, memorials will be directed by the family.
