Cecil Terry Horton, 73, of Tarpley, Texas, passed away on August 17, 2025. He cherished his marriage to the late Pamela Faye (Honeycutt) Horton, and was a very loving father and grandfather (“Papa”) who took his greatest pride in his son, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren.
