Cecil was born in Charlotte, Michigan on September 9, 1967 to the late Cecil Osenbaugh and Judith Pratt Osenbaugh. He worked at Champion Homes. Cecil enjoyed nature, especially sharks and eagles. He loved oldsmobile Cutlass, rock music and Nickelback. More than anything, his children were his world.
He is survived by his daughter, Haley Osenbaugh (Aaron Jones) of Benton, KY; son, Bryce Osenbaugh of Battle Creek, MI; one step-son, Junior VanValkenburg (Brianna) of Battle Creek, MI; three brothers, Robert Osenbaugh (Robin) of Charlotte, MI, Frank Osenbaugh (Tammy) of Portland, MI and Harry Osenbaugh of Charlotte, MI; one sister, Judith Trailer (Ed) of Clayton, NJ; four grandchildren, Dominic Jones, Liam, Cole and Cassia VanValkenburg.
A funeral service will be held at 1:00 PM on Saturday, July 27, 2024 at Collier Funeral Home with Bro. Duane Holland officiating.
Visitation will begin at 11:00 AM until 1:00 PM on Saturday, July 27, 2024 at Collier Funeral Home, 211 West 5th, Benton, Kentucky.
