Cecil Wayne Sizemore, age 62 passed away all too soon on Friday, August 22, 2025 in Bloomington.

Cecil was born March 29, 1963 in Brown County to his parents the late Aster and Brun (Hibbard) Sizemore. He attended Brown County High School and later married Leona Olds on Feb. 12th 1983. They spent 38 years of marriage together before her passing in 2021.

Throughout his life, Cecil worked as a mechanic. He also worked as a grinder at Foley's in Bargersville. In his free time, Cecil enjoyed spending time in the outdoors by hunting ginseng, mushrooms and fishing. He enjoyed traveling with his family to Kentucky where they would go mudding, but most of all he enjoyed being with his family, especially his brothers.

He will be missed by his children; Chris Sizemore of Columbus, Felicia (Michael) McCall of Hamilton, Ohio; granddaughter, Savannah; brothers Bill Sizemore of Martinsville and Barrett Sizemore of Seymour as well as several nieces, nephews and cousins.

Cecil was preceded in death by his parents; wife, Leona Sizemore; brothers, Virgil, Orville and Aster Jr. Sizemore and his son, Sean Sizemore.

There are no services at this time. Arrangements have been entrusted to Meredith-Clark Funeral Home in Morgantown.
