Cecil Wilde Obituary
Rosary: 6 - 8 p.m. Tuesday, June 25, 2024, in Live Oak Chapel at Greenwood, 3100 White Settlement Rd., Fort Worth, Texas 76107. Funeral Service: 12:00 p.m. Wednesday, June 26, 2024, in Live Oak Chapel at Greenwood; followed by interment at Greenwood Memorial Park. Reception: 1:45 - 4:00 p.m. Wednesday, June 26, 2024 in the Live Oak Room at Greenwood.
Cecil was born on October 16, 1933, in Rhineland, Texas, to Charles J Wilde and Annie Decker. He was 1 of 10 children. He graduated high school then enlisted in the Army in 1954 and received an honorable discharge in 1957. He returned home and met the love of his life, Margaret Ann Duesman, and married on April 27, 1957. Together, they had three children, Debra Ann, Barbara Jean, and Kimberly Kay. He had five grandchildren, Joshua Thompson, James Burgamy, Lindsey Smitherman, Joseph Tatum, and Christopher Lowery; and eight great-grandchildren.
Cecil is survived by his remaining siblings, Betty Cooper, Severin Wilde and John Wilde; and many other family members.
He will be greatly missed.

Cecil and I knew each other for several years. We both were in the mobile home supply business. We worked together for a while at S.S.Shelter products. i am sorry for your loss. I also knew his brother, Mel.
