Cecilia Horton Obituary
A visitation will be held on Wednesday January 28, 2026 from 2:00- 4:00 p.m. at Waters Funeral Home.
Survivors include her husband of 55 years, Danny Horton of Baldwyn, one son Josh Horton (Melek) of Baldwyn, one sister Wanda Manosky (Ski) of Huntsville, AL, three grandchildren Afton Hendrix, Axle Horton, Ayda Horton and a host of other family and friends.
She was preceded in death by her parents Horace and Margaret Underwood Moore,1 son Chris Horton and 1 Brother Melvin Moore.
