Cecilia Boales Jackson

Cecilia Jackson (Boales) of Skidmore, Texas, was born to Forris Boales and Rosie Lea Toliver. She graduated from Skidmore-Tynan High School in 1959 and after relocating to San Antonio, Tx, in 1967 she graduated from St. Philips College becoming a Licensed Vocational Nurse, dedicating over 35 years to caring for others.

In 1967, Cecilia married Charlie Jackson, and together they were blessed with four children: Douglas, Lisa (Kevin M.), Tracie (Anthony), and Kevin (Alana). She is preceded in death by her parents, her sister Dorothy (Dot) Barnett, and her twin brother Cecil (Bubba) Boales.

Cecilia is survived by her sisters Lillie Waters (Alvin) and Ethel Ray Stone, her children, and her grandchildren Kailel Rohlsen Jackson, Charly Jackson, and grandson Anthony Gathers II, who brought her immense joy.

Cecilia appreciated all genres of music was a huge fan comedy, and a lover of sports. Her laughter and warmth touched everyone around her. She will be remembered for her loving heart, her dedication to family, and her lifelong commitment to helping others.
