It is with heavy hearts that we announce on Monday, March 4, 2024, Cecilia Ester Ruis a loving mother and grandmother who left behind a Daughter Brenda Ruis, Grandson Eric G. Ruis Granddaughter Valentina M.Ramey wife Tina Ramey.
Cecilia Ester Ruis was born on November 22, 1941 in Ranchos de Taos, NM to Rosella Romero and Narciso Romero.
She was a kind, loving, and very generous person who loved all those around her. She raised her family to be kind and loving.
Cecilia loved animals and would feed the stray cats in the neighborhood. She enjoyed reading, doing crossword puzzles, and reality TV.
Cecilia will be missed so very much, until we meet again in heaven.

After many years we were able to unite again six years ago in Denver ! And from then on continued a friendship and love like when we were Children. We are first cousins and I will miss our phone chats very much . She was a sweet , wonderful, loving Cousin. Rest in Eternal peace Chila

Auntie Cecilia will be greatly missed by all who knew her.
I loved how witty she always was, she made me laugh. And I appreciated when I married into the family how welcoming she was to me, even if her little dog wasn´t, lol.
She was a wonderful lady!
