In Loving Memory of Celestine Walters Celestine Walters, a beloved resident of Conyers, Georgia, was born on February 4th in Saint Catherine, Jamaica. She gained her wings on August 26th 2025. She dedicated much of her life to caring for others, especially children in her care, a passion that followed her as she later migrated to Michigan, where she spent the majority of her adult years. Celestine was preceded in death by her father, mother, and brothers. Her memory will be cherished by her brother, Reverend Dr. Alfonso Walters and his wife, Merle Walters, as well as her baby sister, Dr. Thelma V. Walters. She also leaves behind a host of nieces, nephews, relatives, and close friends who will mourn her passing. Funeral Arrangements A viewing will be held on Friday, September 19th, 2025, from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at Scott Ward Funeral Home, located at 699 American Legion Rd., Conyers, GA 30012. Her homegoing service is scheduled for Saturday, September 20th, with a viewing from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM, followed by the service beginning at 11:00 AM at Victorious Life Church, 1615 Old McDonough Highway, Conyers, GA 30094.
