With heavy hearts, we share the passing of CeeAnn Pugsley, who left this world peacefully on June 22, 2025. Born on March 8, 1947, in Huron, SD.
CeeAnn spent 78 years touching lives with her warmth, kindness, and unwavering compassion.
CeeAnn was married to her high school sweetheart, Steve, for 57 years. Together, they built a life rooted in love, laughter, and deep devotion. She was the proud and loving mother of two daughters, Tonya and Krissy, and the beloved grandmother of three grandsons, Gavin, Reagan, and Myles, all of whom were the light of her life.
A lifelong caregiver, CeeAnn dedicated her 40-year career to nurturing and caring for dozens of children as a devoted childcare provider. Her gentle heart made her a natural in this role, and the impact she made on those families will never be forgotten.
CeeAnn was more than just a caregiver; she was a true friend and a safe haven for anyone in need. Her compassion for others was boundless, and she had an incredible ability to make people feel loved. Whether with a warm meal, a listening ear, or a heartfelt hug, she always put others before herself.
Those who knew her will remember her as a genuine, selfless, and loving woman. Her absence leaves a hole in our hearts that can never be filled, but her legacy of kindness and love will continue to live on in the many lives she touched.
She will be deeply missed, always loved, and forever remembered.
In lieu of sending flowers, we'd love for you to honor CeeAnn by doing something kind for someone else, big or small. What better way to honor her than by spreading a little of the love she gave so freely?
