Nacida en Juncalito, RepUblica Dominicana, el 23 de enero de 1963, partió al cielo en Carolina del Norte el 7 de septiembre de 2025.
Deja atrás a su amado esposo Fausto Collado; sus tres hijos Jessica, Kevin y Jennifer; y sus cinco nietos JazmIn, Anthony, Adrian, Joey y Liam. Sus yernos Wilkin Castillo y Eddie Gutierrez. También le sobreviven sus hermanos Nydlo, Hilda, BolIvar, Criselda, Hector, Quide y Isidro.
Altagracia fue recibida en el cielo por sus padres Jose y Celida, sus hermanos Alejandro y Miguel, y sus suegros Fellito y Lelia.
Quienes tuvieron el honor de conocerla, conocieron a una mujer alegre, trabajadora, fuerte, humilde y bondadosa. Su espfritu nos acompafiará siempre, y sabemos que cuando pensemos en ella, ella quisiera que la recordemos en una pista de baile, bailando un merengue tIpico, con la misma alegrIa que transmitió en vida.
