Celine T. Beaudry

Celine T. (Achin) Beaudry, 68, a resident of Dracut, passed away peacefully on Wednesday, September 3, 2025, at Lowell General Hospital after a brief illness. She was the beloved wife of 23 years to the late Normand K. Beaudry, who passed away in December of 2011.

Born in Lowell on September 5, 1956, she was the daughter of the late Paul R. and Gabrielle (Ledoux) Achin.

Celine was raised in Lowell and attended St. Jeanne D'Arc School before graduating from Presentation of Mary Academy in New Hampshire. She later earned an Associate's Degree in Early Childhood Education and Teaching from Northern Essex Community College.

Prior to her retirement in 2023, Celine was a dedicated employee of UMass Lowell for over 40 years, where she worked in the Media Operations Department as a Senior Resource Coordinator. She especially cherished her daily interactions with the many students who came to visit her.

Upon her retirement Celine enjoyed spending time in the sun at Hampton Beach, eating out and catching up with friends, and landscaping with her son. Recently, she was extremely proud of having planted her first ever Japanese Maple Tree. She was active in the gym, enjoyed walking and traveling with friends from work, and helping her siblings and anyone in need any chance she could.

Celine enjoyed attending all of her family's festivities, where her contagious laugh could be heard while running around and snapping photos of everyone.

Celine is survived by her loving children, Brielle M. Beaudry and Adam N. Beaudry, both of Dracut. Celine took immense pride in her children, often describing them as her greatest accomplishment. She also leaves her siblings, Melanie Achin of Nashua and Paul Achin of Lowell; her brother-in-law Raymond Beaudry of Dracut; sisters-in-law Therese Landry of Ayer, Elizabeth Beaudry of Lowell, Sharon Beaudry of Lowell, and Gloria Beaudry of Newbury, NH; as well as many cousins, nieces, nephews, and great-nieces and nephews.

She was also the sister of the late Lise Pelletier and Laurice Achin.

In addition, Celine leaves behind many dear friends whose lives were touched by her kindness, selflessness and non-judgmental attributes. She always looked for the best in people. For those who knew her well, she was a mother as well as a sister to those in need. She could be counted on to provide safety and understanding with a meaningful hug to whomever sought her solace. She had a generous spirit and gentle presence marked by love, laughter, positivity, kindness and reverence.

Her memory will forever be cherished by those who were fortunate to have known her.

Services for Celine were held privately according to the family's wishes.
