Survived by his respected children's mothers, Natalia Rostro, Andrea Rebolledo, and Kimberly Raices.
Caring father to Angelique Tinajero, Roy Tinajero, and Delilah Tinajero.
Cherished uncle to Giovanni Avila, Zuly Herrera, Ada Cardenas, Mia Cardenas and Galilea Avila.
We remember Cesar as an amazing father, brother, son and boyfriend. He was a kind, positive soul. He became the glue of the family and made sure everyone around him was happy. Cesar was always the life of the party and carried the biggest smile on his face, no matter what. He will be remembered by his two children that loved him oh so very much and a third baby girl that is making her way into this world. We will always remember his love for racing and adrenaline rushes; always living life to the fullest. We will cherish and hold these beautiful memories near and dear to our hearts forever.
We ask those to have Cesar's family in your thoughts and prayers during such a sudden difficult chapter in their lives.

Prayers will begin at 6:00PM at Marin Funeral Home by Deacon Juan Gomez, from St. Nicholas of Tolentine
