Obituary of Chad Lee Bowling Jr
Chad Lee Bowling Jr, age 25 of Morning View, KY went to his heavenly home on May 17, 2025. He was a member of Goshen Christian Church. He worked for Dudley Construction.
Chad served proudly in the United States Marines. He loved his country.
Even though Chad's life was cut short, he lived it to the fullest. Whether it was hunting, fishing, riding his motorcycle that he had just purchased, going to the Wildcat Offroad Adventure Park or just sitting in his recliner with one of his favorite blankets. He was a "top-notch" kid. He loved his family wholeheartedly. Chad enjoyed getting together on Sundays with his parents and grandparents and going to church and hanging out afterwards.
Chad was the beloved son of Chad Sr. and Jeanette Bowling. In addition to his parents, he leaves behind his grandparents, Carl and Linda Bowling; Uncle, Steve (Rick) Bowling, half-brother, James Thorton; half-sister, Sara Thorton; stepbrother, Michael (Bobbie Jo) Fox and stepsister, Kimberly Fox. Along with his close friend, Tony Patrick, nephews, Grayson and Weston and niece, Janet Jean and many other aunts, uncles and friends.
He was preceded in death by his great grandmothers, Illene Lovelace and Delores Patrick, Uncle Leroy Lovelace and Aunt Kim Lovelace.
Visitation will be held on Friday, May 23, 2025, at Chambers and Grubbs Funeral Home, 11382 Madison Pike, Independence, KY 41051 from 1:30pm-4:30pm. Service will begin at 4:30pm with burial to immediately follow in Goshen Christian Church Cemetery.

It is often the little things that help us cope with loss- a picture or memory. They help us clear through and understand the new feelings we experience during a loss, until we find our strength, hope, and peace again. May you find that place inside you where the thoughts, prayers, and compassion of family, friends, and others bring you comfort.
