CHAD ERIC SICKLES

Chad Eric Sickles, age 46 passed away August 11, 2017 after a lengthy illness at Select Specialty Hospital in Columbus, Ohio. He was born in Gallipolis, Ohio on January 24, 1971 to Arnold and Karen (Sickles) Tripp of Jackson. Besides his parents, Chad is survived by his grandmother, Ruth Tripp of Jackson, sister, Kendra (Lonnie Schultz) of Lima, Ohio; brothers: Bill (Jessie) Farney of Oak Hill, Rick (Carisa) Tripp of Berea, Kentucky and Jim (Trisha) Ward of Jackson; nieces and nephews: Melanie and Paul Schultz, Brian, Devon and Kayden Farney, Taylor (David) Carter, Ashley and Josh Tripp, Ashton, Blake and Callen Ward. He was preceded in death by brother, Jeremy Imes and grandparents Orin and Leetta Sickles. Chad was a fun-loving guy who was loved by many. He always put others first. He always did everything with a smile. He worked closely with Bettina Hughes at the Jackson Red Cross. Friends will be received at the Mayhew-Brown Funeral Home on Wednesday, August 16, 2017 from 2:00-7:30 p.m. with funeral service beginning at 7:30 p.m. Arrangements are under the direction of the Mayhew-Brown Funeral Home and Southern Ohio Cremation Services.
