Chad William Stutzka, age 50, of Peterson, MN, died Tuesday, June 20, 2023 as a result of a motor vehicle accident.
Chad was born December 3, 1972, in Winona, MN, the son of Dick and Cathy (Paulson) Stutzka. He attended Rushford High School. He was an excellent artist, and especially enjoyed drawing. Chad was a jack of all trades, and held many jobs over the years. He had his own business, Odd Jobs. He was always willing to help anyone out. Chad was a very loveable person, always had a smile on his face, and was loved and will be missed by a multitude of great friends.
He is survived by his parents: Cathy and Dick Stutzka of Peterson, MN; brothers: Andrew Stutzka (Sara Vesterse) of Arendahl, MN, Corey Stutzka (Sasha Erdner) of Houston, MN; grandmother, Ione Paulson of Houston; son, Tyler Sherry (Nikki) of Houston; grandchildren: Aurora and Arden of Houston; step-grandson, Oden; nieces and nephews: Landon of Winona, MN, Taylor Jane, and Kylie Ann of Houston; and special friend Dawn Coleman of Dorchester, IA.
He is preceded in death by his maternal grandfather, and paternal grandparents; brothers, Jeremy Carl, and Richard Carl, Jr.
A funeral service will be held Thursday, June 29, 2023 at 11am at St. John’s Lutheran Church in Hart, MN. Visitation will be Wednesday, June 28th, 2023 from 4-7pm at Hoff Funeral Home in Rushford, MN, and will continue one hour prior to the service at the church on Friday.
