Born in Bristol Township, she was a lifetime Lower Bucks County resident and a 2013 graduate of Neshaminy High School.
Charleigh was a lover of animals, enjoyed drawing, watching horror movies and spending Mondays in the summer, at Belmar Beach, NJ, with her mom, brothers, aunts, cousins, and friends for many years that brought her so much joy. Her favorite bible verse was John 3:16, that she and her father shared, and bonded them together.
She is survived by her parents, Teresa Bidwell-Mangin (Pat), Roy Rutter (Olga Babkina), four brothers; Ryan Rutter (Amanda), James Tracy (Gianna), Jack Tracy and Michael Rutter., and is the loving aunt of 9 month old, Ronan Cash.
Grandaughter of the late Harry and Hannelore Rutter, Jack Hancock, and James Bidwell (Carol Chatty survives). She will also be sadly missed by three aunts; Connie Ellis, Patty Fullerton, Tracy Heilig (Mark), and Two uncles, Michael and James Bidwell.
She will also be missed by extended family members and friends.
Her Life Celebration will be held Sunday, March 10, 2024, 2:00PM at the Beck-Givnish Life Celebration Home, Inc., 7400 New Falls Road, Levittown, PA. Relatives and friends are invited to her visitation Sunday, March 10, 2024, from 12:00 PM until service time at the funeral home. Interment will be held privately.
Memorial contributions in Charleigh's name can be made to your local animal shelter or a charity of you choice.
