Charlene A. Carson

Charlene Ann Murphy Carson, 75, of Wallingford, passed away peacefully on Tuesday, June 13, 2023 at MidState Medical Center, Meriden with her family by her side. She was the beloved wife of the late Eddie Carson. Charlene was born in New Haven on April 23, 1948 and was the daughter of the late Charles and Gloria Miller Murphy. She was the owner/operator of the former Flowers by Kiss of North Branford and the former Country Cherub in Wallingford. Later Charlene was a florist for the Forget-Me-Not Flower Shop of North Haven. She enjoyed decorating, especially around her home but most of all she enjoyed doing arts and crafts with her grandchildren who she loved unconditionally. Mother of Scott Panico (Dolores), Lisa Jacobs, Denise Regino (Thomas), Shannon Miele (David) and Michele Criscuolo (Billy). Grandmother of Ava, Gia, Lucca, Thomas, Nicolette, Matthew, Jenna, Charliana, Keana, Billy, Danny, Jon, Carly and Emma. Sister of Kathleen Sims (James) and Mary Moore (Deceased Bud). Also survived by nieces and nephews.
The visiting hours will be Monday morning, June 19 from 9:30 to 11:30 at The Havens Family North Haven Funeral Home. Her funeral procession will leave the funeral home at 11:30 to All Saints Cemetery, 700 Middletown Avenue, North Haven for a graveside service at 12 noon.
