Memorial Services will be held at a later date. Arrangements are with the Cease Family Funeral Home of Bagley, MN.
Char was born on November 2, 1944 in Bagley, MN to Kenneth and Louella (Darst) Cease. She grew up in Bagley, MN and attended Bagley public schools. She went on to further her education at various places. For a while she settled in California and worked at some of the earlier tech companies.
Char loved animals, especially horses, cats, and dogs. She had many good memories of her early life on the family ranch. She enjoyed working on puzzles, coloring, and knitting, as well as collecting Angels and other figurines. Her sense of humor will always be remembered.
She is survived by her grandchildren, Chris Sleeman of Illinois and Lacey Noska of Minnesota; her nieces; and many cousins and other family.
She was preceded in death by her son, Kip Sleeman; her parents, Kenny and Louella Cease; her sister, Kay Panek; and many treasured pets.
