Charlene Ann Miller, age 84, of Millsboro, DE, passed away on Monday, July 21, 2025, at Cadia Rehabilitation Renaissance Healthcare in Millsboro, DE. Mrs. Miller was born in Baltimore, Maryland on February 26, 1941, daughter of the late Frank J. Cvach and Ethel Duff - Stein . She was also predeceased by a daughter Patricia "Lynne"Wallace in 2016. For many years, Mrs. Miller worked as a Nursing Assistant in the elder care industry in the Baltimore area. She is survived by her husband of 22 years, Joseph Edward Miller; her daughter Carol A. Wallace-Seifert and her husband Robert Jacob (Jake) Seifert; a grandson Alex Seifert, and a son, John E. Wallace. Mrs. Miller will be deeply missed and forever loved by all who knew her. Services will be private.
