Charlene Putt

It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Charlene Putt on March 3, 2026, at the age of 73. Charlene was born on October 24, 1952, in Cincinnati, Ohio, to the late Richard and Corinne (nee Robinson) Schlechty.

Charlene was known for her spunky spirit, hard-working nature, and unwavering kindness. She approached life with a fearless attitude, always eager to try new things and embrace life's adventures. Her passion for the simple joys of life was clear in the way she played tennis, enjoyed card games, and displayed her incredible talent for Scrabble. She found happiness in shopping and had a particular fondness for chocolate and dogs.

A devoted family member, Charlene cherished every moment spent with her loved ones. Family gatherings, especially on the beach, were a source of joy and laughter in her life, and her generous heart touched all those who had the privilege of knowing her.

Charlene was the loving mother of Richard (Rachel) Rolback and Kyle (Brandy) Kinsch; Dear grandmother of Jason, Nicholas, Reece, Randon, and Kira; Great grandmother of Cayson, Bailey, and Griffin; Cherished sister of Darlene (Jim) Grueninger, Doreen (Jim) Taylor, and Pauline (Rickey) Smith; She is also survived by her former husband and dear friend David Rolback.

To honor Charlene's life, a visitation will be held on Thursday, March 12, 2026, from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM at Evans Funeral Home - Goshen. A memorial service will immediately follow the visitation beginning at 4:00 PM.
