Charlene live upstairs from us on Elizabeth St, Oneida Ny when we were both newlyweds in the lat 1960s. . We became friends instantly. I can still hear that laugh and her great sence of humor. Over the years we both moved a few times but would meet up for a visit. Joe was her rock and companion.
We lost touch for years and then met again through her sister Donna. We had a great visit laughing at us eating all the game animals the husband use to bring home in the early years, Including deer, rabbit turtle and raccoon. Rest In Peace Charlene, you have had a hard time over the last decade year. You will be remembered.
