V. Charlene Wolfe, age 86, of Clarksburg, passed away at 9:15 p.m. on Thursday, November 24, 2022, at the Pickaway Manor, Circleville. She was born on Tuesday, March 31, 1936, in Washington C.H., the daughter of the late Harry E. and Oma Ruth Blair Wolfe.
Surviving her are three daughters: Ruth (Jimmy) Temple of Clarksburg, Nancy (Dwight) Newland of Circleville, Maggie (Jarett) Weiner of Ocala, FL, three sons: Tom Morris of Ocala, FL, Robert Morris of Ft. Myers, FL and Tony Fisher of Chillicothe. Also surviving her are several grandchildren and great - grandchildren, two sisters: Eileen Blue of London, OH, Betty Briggs of Frankfort, two brothers: Richard Wolfe of Washington C.H. and Herb Wolfe of Frankfort as well as many nieces and nephews. Charlene was preceded in death by one daughter-in-law, Donna Morris, one sister Regina Bowdle and one brother, Harry Wolfe, Jr.
Charlene had worked as an aide at the Orient State Hospital and continued to care for those who were sick. She loved to cook and sew and she made many of her children's clothes. She loved spending family time with her children and grandchildren.
A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, November 30, 2022, at 1 p.m. in the EBRIGHT FUNERAL HOME, Frankfort with Danny Dodds officiating. Following the service, she will be laid to rest in the Good Hope Cemetery. Family and friends may visit with her family at the funeral home on Wednesday from 11 a.m. to the time of the service.
