Charles Adkins Obituary
Reuben Adkins, age 84, passed away at his home in Neola, Iowa on May 1, 2025. He was born March 31, 1941 to Reuben and Greata (Bishop) Adkins in Council Bluffs, Iowa.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by brother Johnie; sisters, Cookie, Headi, Mary and Phyllis (Cooper), and two still born siblings.
Reuben is survived by his wife, Carol; his children, Reuben, Cindy, John, and Steve. He is also survived by sister, Ruby (Hunt) and a handful of grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces, nephews, cousins, and a host of other family and friends.
Funeral service will be held at Citylight Church at 11:00 am on Wednesday, May 7, 2025, with visitation being held one hour prior to the service. Interment will be in the Lewis Township Cemetery.
The family will direct memorials.
