ALLEN, Mr. Charles "Uncle Pot" - age 78, passed away Monday, September 8, 2025 in Auburn Hills, Michigan. Family hour 10:00AM Wednesday, September 17, 2025 from the Chapel of Lawrence E. Moon Funeral Home, 268 North Perry Street, with funeral service commencing immediately at 11:00AM. Pastor Derrick S. McDonald, officiating. Interment Perry Mount Park Cemetery, 878 North Perry Street. Friends and pallbearers will assemble 10:00AM at the funeral home Wednesday. Mr. Allen will lie instate in the Chapel of Lawrence E. Moon Funeral Home and may be viewed from 8:00AM until the time of service Wednesday. Mr. Allen leaves to cherish his memory: his son, Andre' C. Allen; stepchildren, Alphonso Phillips, Anjanette Fountain and Ariane Fountain; grandson, Miguel Andre Allen; brother, Charles Ferrell; nieces and nephews, Michael Marshall, Nichelle Allen, Jobina Madison and Keon Allen; and a host of other relatives and friends. Mr. Allen was preceded in death by his parents, Calvin Allen and Rosa Young; 10 siblings; and special friend, Arretta Allen.
