Obituary of Charles J. Beckwith
Beckwith, Charles J. "Chuck" of Canandaigua passed away peacefully on Friday, April 14, 2023. Charles was predeceased by his parents, Ernest and Irene (Auchman) Beckwith. Charles is survived by his beloved son, Charles Beckwith II, daughter-in-law Rebecca Beckwith, grandchildren Weston and Kameron Beckwith, brother Ted Beckwith, sister Debra Jones, and nieces and nephews.
Chuck was born on September 21, 1962 in Auburn, NY. Chuck graduated from Waterloo High School and went on to receive his Associates degree from Cobleskill College. Chuck was an incredible athlete and excelled in basketball, tennis, and football. In his free time, Chuck loved all sports and was always rooting for the underdog. He enjoyed fishing and relaxing on the front porch.
Friends are invited to meet the family on Friday, April 21, 2023 from 4 to 7PM at St. Paul's Firemen's Exempt (690 Thomas Ave.) for a memorial visitation. Chuck was my Best Friend at Cobleskill College. I saw him a few times after College always had fun. Will always value our friendship sorry he is gone. He made me a more Worldly person I was kinda boring until I met Chuck.
