Charles H. Berling, age 96, of Fort Mitchell, KY passed away peacefully on Wednesday, May 24, 2023. Charles was preceded in death by his dear wife Mary Berling (nee Conrad). He is survived by his loving children, Charles (Peggy), Peggy (Craig) Walsh, Mary Lou, Julie (Greg, Dec.) Peters, Steve (Kim), Suzie (Bill) Brooks and Lisa (Mark) Schneider; 23 grandchildren and 31 great-grandchildren. Charlie also leaves behind his beloved friend Norma Eilers and many nieces and nephews. He was a local home builder/land developer, and a Past President of the Northern Kentucky Home Builders Association. A Mass of Christian Burial will take place at St. Agnes Church on Tuesday, May 30, 2023 beginning at 5:30 PM. Burial will take place the following day at St. John Cemetery. Memorial contributions are suggested to St. John Church 627 W. Pike St., Covington, KY 41011 and/or Shriners Children's Ohio Attn: Office of Philanthropy - One Children's Plaza - 2 West Dayton, OH 45404.
