Charles Brensinger Obituary

Charles Richard Brensinger, 82, of Phoebe Berks, Wernersville, died October 12, 2023 in Tower Health / Reading Hospital. Born in Bechtelsville, PA on February 8, 1941, he was a son of the late Charles M., and Ida E. (Becker) Brensinger. He enjoyed riding his Harley Soft-tail and was a life member of the Reading Motorcycle Club, Oley. Charles was employed as a blueprint reader at Doehler-Jarvis in Pottstown and later as an insurance agent for American General Life Insurance, later AIG. He is survived by a son, Rev. Richard C. Brensinger of Allentown and three siblings: Anna Mae, widow of Carl Frain; Donald R. Brensinger; and Ronald L., husband of Roxanne (Britton) Brensinger. A Memorial Mass will be celebrated at a later date. Burial will be at Most Blessed Sacrament Church Cemetery, Bally. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to Saint Francis of Assisi Sanctuary Memorial Fund, 1046 W Cedar St, Allentown, PA 18102.
