Charles Breuss

Breuss, Charles 91, of Wyckoff and formerly of Totowa on Friday, February 24, 2023. Born in Chicago, IL. to Charles and Margaret Breuss. Cherished Husband of 68 years to Marie Breuss. Beloved Father to Susan Ferrari. Caring Grandfather to Sergio Michael (Nicole) and Daniel (Caitlin) Ferrari. Proud Great-Grandfather to Gio, Sienna, and Daniel Charles. He is predeceased by his brother Robert Charles Breuss. Charles served his country during the Korean War in the U.S. Navy, honorably discharged as a Machinist Mate First Class. Once he returned home from the Navy, Charles went to work as a Mechanical Engineer at Curtis Wright, then joined the family business and later became the CEO at Standard Tile in Totowa, NJ. Chuck was among the founding parishioners of Our Lady of the Valley in Wayne, NJ. Parishioner of St. Elizabeth's R.C Church in Wyckoff. Chuck loved his homes in Florida, Lake Mohawk, and NYC. Charles had a green thumb and loved watching his creations grow but his true joy was watching his grandchildren and great-grandchildren grow. Funeral Mass 11am Tuesday February 28, 2023 at St. Elizabeth's R.C Church 700 Wyckoff Ave. Wyckoff, NJ. Entombment Holy Cross Mausoleum, North Arlington, NJ. All to meet at church. In lieu of flowers, donations in Chuck's memory can be made to St. Joseph's Health Foundation 661 Main St, Paterson, NJ 07503.
