Charles (Charlie) Cecil, 69, was reunited with his Heavenly Father in the afternoon on Friday, September 19th, 2025. Charles was a loving brother, uncle, and cousin. He loved spending time watching sports or following horse racing, as well as spending time with family.
Charles is preceded in death by his mother, Sarah Catherine Cook, his father, Richard Cecil Sr., and his brother, Joseph Cecil. He is survived by his sister, Judy Dixon, brother Louis Cecil (Cheryl), brother Richard Cecil Jr. (Nancy), sister Cristy Haynes (Tom), brother Delmar Cecil (Laura), and dear relative Patricia Foreman (Larry), and several nieces and nephews.
