Charles spent his life dedicated to teaching others about the Bible. He found joy in garage sales, music, beautifying his yard, buffets, and telling stories. Each year, he cherished hosting a picnic with his Christian family, creating lasting memories filled with love and togetherness.
He is survived by his loving wife, Edna, and their children, Charles Collins, Jr., and Christie (Michael) Allen; grandchildren; great- grandchildren; siblings: Alecia "Ann" (Keith) Stokes, Dorothy Taylor, Eddie "Boot" (Kilcha "Kim") Bell, Christine Young; and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
