Charles Samuel David Henry was born to John and Lillian Baker Henry (Vickers) on August 14, 1946, in Durham-Raleigh, North Carolina.
He received his education in St. Lucie County Public schools. At the age of 18 he enlisted in the United States Army and received an honorable discharge on November 26, 1970. Upon returning home from the service, he became an employee of Piper Aircraft where he retired. After retiring from Piper Aircraft, Mr. Henry began his own pest control business and was well sought after in Ft. Pierce and was affectionately called the "Spray Man".
On July 28, 2019, he joined in holy matrimony with Deborah Anderson. Charles Henry accepted Christ on July 29, 2018, in Titusville, FL and rededicated his life to the Lord on July 9, 2022.
Charles Samuel David Henry transitioned from mortal life to eternal life on Saturday, July 23, 2022. He was preceded in death by his parents James, Sr. and Lillian Baker Vickers, grandson; Dontavious Wilson; sisters: Ida Mae Mosley, Earline Davis and Lillian Grace Vickers Woods and brothers: Albert Vickers and James Vickers, Jr.
He leaves to cherish his precious memories, his loving and devoted wife, Deborah Henry; his children, Scharlestina (Lorenzo) Sanders, Khalil (Tulisha) Nasir, Charles (Geneva) Gandy, Simone Henry, Shanteneka Rolle, Rashaad Patterson, Shuntay (Rev. Rubin) Mitchell and Rosa (Jason) Sims. Adopted sons Arthur Robinson and Rodney Robinson. Eleven grandchildren and one great grandchild. One brother Joseph (Catherine) Henry, one sister, Apostle Genevieve (Gary) Salter and a host of sorrowing nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
