Charles Davis Obituary
Chick was the owner and chief executive of Chas. E. Slusser Agency. In his spare time, he enjoyed boating, classic cars, and going fast. He loved watching his grandsons wrestle and was so proud of his granddaughter when she was accepted into OSU's prestigious pharmacy program. Two of his favorite places were Lake Havasu City, Arizona and the Holiday Lakes in Willard, Ohio.
He was preceded in death by his father, Charles "Chuck" Davis. He is survived by his wife of 48 years, Teri Davis; daughter, Amy Mellon; son, Adam Davis (Tonya); five grandchildren Macy, Kaden, and Kolten Mellon, and Braxton and Bayden Davis; mother, Willie Davis; sister, Faye Nieder; niece, Shelley Nieder; and many loving family members and friends.
Calling hours TUESDAY December 7th from 4-7 P.M. at the Billow FAIRLAWN Chapel, 85 N Miller Road, Fairlawn OH 44333. Memorial service WEDNESDAY December 8th at 11:00 A.M. at Billow's. The memorial service will be livestreamed via Facebook LIVE at www.facebook.com/billowfuneralhomes. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions in Chick's name may be made to The Haven of Rest, www.havenofrest.org, or Project Ed Bear, www.projectedbear.org.
