Charles Edwin Earnhart, 91, of Mayflower, passed away October 18, 2025. He was born January 1, 1934 to the late Amanda (Butler) and Thelder Earnhart. He served in the U.S. Army and was a member of Levy Church of Christ. He retired after 50+ years in the restaurant supply business.
Charles was a devoted Christian husband, dad, and grandfather. He loved his family and was a good friend to many. He enjoyed riding motorcycles, fishing, supporting his kids at sporting events, and spending time with his grandchildren.
Charles was preceded in death by his wife of 56 years, Betty Earnhart; a daughter, Carol Earnhart Butts; and three sisters: Sunny Earnhart, Marian McGinty and Sarah Kirby.
Survivors include three children: Mike and Kay Earnhart of McKinney, TX; Mark and Mary Earnhart and Christy Earnhart all of Mayflower; Grandchildren: Lana and Bobby Hartzog, Alicia and Denny Goodson, Kerri and Brad Ross, Cole, and Kyle Earnhart, Brittney and Scotty Mahoney, Delanie and Kasey Cooper, Joshua and Kaitlin Smith; great-grandchildren: Connor, Kayla, Cameron, Michelle, Riley, Brynlee, Annabelle, Nolan, Layla, Kayden, Anna, Amy, Graham, Porter; great-great-grandson, Dallas; cousins, and numerous nieces and nephews.
A special thank you to his caregiver, Lori Gilbert and Gentiva Hospice for their excellent care.
Visitation will be from 6:00-8:00 PM, Friday October 24, 2025 at Smith North Little Rock Funeral Home. Funeral will begin at 10:00 AM, Saturday, October 25, 2025 at Levy Church of Christ with interment following at Rest Hills Memorial Park.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Harvest Missions Fund at Levy Church of Christ.
