Charles Edward Fells, Jr.

Charles "Skip" Fells Jr, a cherished father, grandfather, great grandfather, brother and friend, peacefully passed surrounded by his beloved family after a 7-year battle with cancer on December 2nd, 2025. 

He was born in Denver, Colorado to Thelma and Charles Fells Sr on June 14th, 1950. He was the baby of the family, his older siblings are Gerald Lyon, Bonnie Bahr and Betty Friend. Skip, with an exceedingly generous heart, cared for all those around him, especially his family. He was always the first person to extend a hand to those in need, doing his best to lift their spirits. Music was his passion; he was always accompanied by his tunes. He enjoyed sitting on the porch watching the life surrounding him, with his music setting the stage for the friendly conversations he would strike up with those walking by. He lived with his daughter and son-in-law, always with a giddy excitement looking forward to the next visit from his great grandkids.

He is survived his daughter, Jessica Kerr, his 2 older sisters, as well as 2 grandchildren and 3 great grandchildren. He was proceeded in death by his parents, his older brother, his son Kurt Fells, and wife Jackie. He will be sorely missed by all those whose lives he touched, his family among them
