Andover - Charles A. Fox, 83, passed away on November 29, 2025, at his home. He was born on March 18, 1942, in Rochester, PA, and the son of the late Charles and Sarah (Minch) Fox. He graduated from Monaca High School before enrolling in the United States Navy. Chuck enjoyed classic cars, fishing, and spending time with his family. He is survived by his daughter, Kathleen (Michael) McCulloch of Andover, and his grandsons, Patrick and James McCulloch, Kenneth and Kaleb Holly, his brother Daniel J. Fox of Aliquippa, a nephew Daniel Fox and a niece Erica Fox. Charles was proceeded in death by his Wife Stephanie (Kugle) Fox and a Daughter Beth Ann Holly. In accordance with Charles' wishes, there will be no public calling hours or services. He will be laid to rest with his wife at Sylvania Hills Cemetery.
