This makes me sad Chuck was a beloved guy and I have such fond memories of him from growing up in Longview. It is no wonder he lived a stellar life and was a loved husband, father and community member.

I knew Chuck as a result of our involvement at Longview Community Church. He was one of the members of God Squad, a youth singing group I helped start at the church. We traveled to Long Beach, WA, one time to sing at a church there and had some free time a pickup game of beach football. Chuck was playing defense against me and in blocking me ended up breaking a bone in my right hand. It is the one and only broken bone I´ve ever had! All this is to say, I loved Chuck and have never forgotten his zest for life, his sense of humor, and his love for the Lord. I look forward to seeing him again in heaven!

On no! Just read on FB. So sad!
Chuck. was a great volunteer with BSA. He was my OA Area Order of Arrow Chairman. He did an outstanding job and more importantly, a very loyal friend. Rest in Peace, Rise in Glory, Chuck.
